Miscellaneous Garnishment Post-Tax Deductions

We have added a new miscellaneous_garnishment type to our Post Tax Deduction API, which can be used to create disposable wage garnishments, such as tax liens and bankruptcy court orders.

Users have the ability to configure the priority order of garnishments and set limits on the disposable income that may be garnished in the Post Tax Deduction API.
